The tournament allows candidates masters of sports to fulfill the master’s norm and gain invaluable gaming experience. It has already become a tradition and allows to evaluate talented young people.
This time the beautiful half of humanity is represented only by Maria Chesnokova. She alone will have to fight with 9 men. The most experienced participant, of course, is Arkady Plakhin. He does not miss a single tournament in Minsk and shows truly unique results. And who will be the winner – Alexey Kunitsa or Evgeny Zhukovsky, or someone from the generation of candidates for the master’s title, we will see very soon.
