The Humanitarian Games were held from February 11-15, 2025 in Kermanshah (Iran)

The “Humanitarian Games” were held in Iran, where draughts competitions were held for the first time. Representatives of the new international organization IDA are gradually strengthening international cooperation in Asia. And these diplomatic ties will strengthen the draughts movement in countries where draughts were previously invisible and their role in sports life was insignificant.

The competitions were held in a truncated format, but as we noted above, they were more of great political and diplomatic importance.

It is worth noting that the first international Draughts World Championships are scheduled to be held in Tashkent in May. We invite all free-thinking and independent players to participate in these tournaments. We will publish the Regulations in a timely manner.

The absolutely miserable policy of one international organization leads to the formation of new centers of power. Odiousness and stupidity destroy the draughts movement. But while the cowardly draughts players of the proud federations sit and hatch a certain fifth point, the prospect of development is getting further away from them.
