“Precipitando” and “Vigoroso” are out today
The 9-day European Youth Draughts Championship will come to a lively, powerful, unstoppable, and fast-paced conclusion today. Today’s events will feature the Blitz program. Continuing the topic raised in our previous article, we’ll start by posing a couple more questions to the organizers of such championships.
Our report on the countries and the performance of their national teams, as well as their clubs, will be released soon. We’ll try once again to summarize the issues related to the actions of the leadership of international organizations.
Ahead of tomorrow’s results on the Blitz program, we invite you to answer a couple of questions:
- U26 Group—what’s the point of artificially created groups? In all the countries currently participating in the European Championship, they sometimes can’t even field six players to hold a national championship. So who are these championships in this group for, when half the participants are playing there simply because they have nothing else to do in any other groups? Do you consider it appropriate to hold this championship in these groups? Who is responsible for this waste of money on pointless activities?
Additional question: Name the countries where championships are held in these groups. Why do you think draughts players from the Netherlands didn’t sign up for this group?
P.S. We thank the Dutch Draughts Federation for upholding high standards of respect for their sport and not forcing their draughts players to engage in draughts pornography.
2. Please tell us, where have the draughts players from France, Germany, Israel, and the great pioneers of draughts from Portugal gone? We’re particularly interested in the federations from Portugal, Germany, and Israel, whose representatives actively supported the disqualification of athletes, while the international federation “danced to their tune” and organized strange Portuguese draughts championships?
Follow-up question: Have those countries run out of young players? Or is it due to a complicated political situation?
In the meantime, while some are looking for answers, we invite you to check out the blitz results.
