We are publishing Allan Silva’s official appeal to the “gang” of scoundrels, Russophobes, and lunatics. We have already received several appeals. We hope that the lunatics who still choose to support the alleged international “gang” will start thinking with their heads instead of their butts.
FORMAL APPEAL & ETHICAL PROTEST AGAINST ILLEGAL SANCTION ISSUED ON AUGUST 11, 2025
To the Honorable Members of the FMJD Executive Council,
As a disciplined and proud athlete representing Brazil and the global mind sport community, I hereby submit my formal appeal and absolute protest against the unfounded suspension issued against me on August 11, 2025, barring my participation in FMJD events until July 31, 2026. This sanction was announced under a vague, unilateral decision by the FMJD Executive Council, without due process, without hearing, and in violation of the very statutes, bylaws, and annexes that are supposed to uphold transparency, fairness, and accountability within our Federation.
LEGAL AND STATUTORY BREACHES COMMITTED
Upon review of FMJD Statutes, Annexes, and Disciplinary Regulations, I declare that:
1. No proper hearing or defense procedure was offered, in violation of the right to due process under FMJD’s own internal laws (Statutes Article 14, Annexes on Ethics & Disciplinary Rules).
2. No transparent criteria or appeal path was provided, which is contrary to the FMJD’s proclaimed principles of justice and sportspersonship.
3. The sanction penalizes athletes for participating in other tournaments (IDF / non-FMJD), which:
◦ Are not under legal FMJD jurisdiction, and
◦ Do not involve any match-fixing, cheating, or unethical behavior.
4. The ruling violates Olympic principles of neutrality, sports independence, and freedom of participation.
5. The sanction discriminates by region and access, selectively punishing players based on location or event, while others freely engage with no consequence.
EXPOSING CONTINUED MANIPULATION UNDER PRESIDENT JACEK
This letter also stands as a protest against the pattern of manipulation and oppressive governance demonstrated by the FMJD leadership under President Jacek Pawlicki, including:
• Systematic misuse of the Ethics Committee as a political weapon.
• Violation of the FMJD Charter by issuing suspensions without approval from the General Assembly or fair judicial panel.
• Creating an environment of fear and favoritism.
• Absolute disregard for fair international representation, especially for federations outside Europe.
This is not about Allan Silva alone. It’s about 60+ athletes listed in this politically motivated and procedurally broken sanction — a list that will go down in FMJD history as a symbol of injustice.
REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION
I hereby demand:
1. The immediate reversal of my suspension and those of all affected players.
2. A formal investigation into the legality of the August 11, 2025 ruling.
3. A moratorium on enforcement until full GA review and judicial arbitration.
4. Public confirmation that no further punitive sanctions will be issued outside FMJD’s legitimate legal framework.
IN CLOSING
I have proudly represented Brazil and the FMJD on international stages for years. I will not remain silent while this Federation — meant to protect athletes — instead punishes them unjustly. I call on all federations, players, and fair-minded leaders across continents to stand united against this abuse. This is not the FMJD we want. We fight not for ourselves alone — but for the future of our sport.
