We started with 4 teams. This was the beginning of our long journey towards creating a good tournament and competitive environment. In 2023, we have already assembled 7 teams. And we hope the upward movement will continue. Players who trust us know that we stand for quality and adherence to the principles of beauty, harmony and sportsmanship.

Elections of the new composition of the Draughts Federation of Latvia will be held soon. We have been thinking for a long time that we need to choose a worthy and strong one. But now we realized how much we were wrong. After all, at such a speed, a new person would not be able to destroy the entire sports facility and justify our hopes. The Latvian championships among boys and girls in different age groups began on the ancient island of Kipengolm (or modern Kipsala).
Nowhere are veterans more welcome than in the Pension Fund and in the Latvian Veterans Championship. Girls after 50 are especially expected, although those who have turned 60 may also be suitable.
