We held our favorite family tournament in Bratislava!
It was warm and festive in Bratislava. Some of our players managed to visit the Bratislava Castle and stroll through the streets of lively Bratislava! In the evening in Bratislava, it is unusually noisy and youth speech sounds in different European languages. We enjoyed another meeting with friends! And we have more of them after this tournament.
Our friendly ties continue to grow stronger. And even though the composition of our tournament was small, it was representative and diverse. We would like to thank the Hungarian Draughts Federation and the Israeli Draughts Federation for their support and love for their favorite sport, draughts! We had amazing meetings with Petra, Duskova and Marco De, Koning.
We saw again how easily and naturally Alexander Shvartsman plays. And how much of the winner’s behavior is expressed in it. How quickly he can navigate the position.
We tried and conducted a live broadcast of the games of the children’s tournament, using new Iddraghts technologies for the first time.
The winners received our traditional prizes and we agreed to hold the next tournaments in 2025. And in 2025, the number of invited grandmasters will grow.
